Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue Management
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Position Summary

Grand Circle Travel is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue Management to join our expanding Finance team. This newly created role will be a critical partner to our Revenue Management and Brand teams, helping to drive strategies in real time.

Unlike a traditional FP&A role focused on long-range planning and reporting, this position is highly operational and action-oriented. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment where data-driven insights directly influence customer behavior and business outcomes. Success in this role requires balancing financial discipline with marketing creativity, being decisive, and coming from financial data to defend recommendations to others including senior leadership on profit-driving strategies.

This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and will work closely with Grand Circle’s Senior Leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Revenue Management and Brand teams to evaluate discounts, offers, and passenger strategies against real-time booking trends.
  • Deliver timely, actionable financial analysis that drives immediate adjustments to pricing and promotions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner in live discussions with senior leaders, presenting data-driven recommendations with confidence and resilience.
  • Translate financial insights into compelling marketing strategies, ensuring offers resonate with customers and are executed across the right channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Inventory Management, and Operations to align revenue optimization with broader business objectives.
  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 3–8 years of progressive finance experience, ideally in revenue management, FP&A, or operational finance.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to move beyond reporting and drive decision-making.
  • Strong command of Excel; experience with Tableau and SQL a plus.
  • Ability to independently identify risks, opportunities, and solutions — and act decisively.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills; capable of simplifying complex financial concepts for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating under tight timelines, shifting priorities, and high visibility.
  • Resilient, confident communicator able to defend recommendations and navigate healthy debate with senior leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Economics, or related field).
