Title: Email QA Engineer

Location: Boston, MA (3 days onsite)

Rate: DOE

Position Summary: Grand Circle Travel is looking for an associate with a desire and determination for delivering high-quality software and user experience to join our Email Campaign team. Core activities include but are not limited to validating email campaigns, defect tracking, and ensuring business requirements are met. This role would collaborate significantly with the Data Warehouse, Web, Genesys (Call Center Phone System), and Project Management teams. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and use detailed business requirements to create thorough Test Plans, cases, and procedures.
• Identify, analyze, and document defects and inconsistencies in internal applications.
• Work within an Agile development environment with the Development/QA team to deliver new features.
• Leverage API and Web Service testing using SOAP UI.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ year(s) experience
  • Testing in Adobe Campaign
  • Using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops (TFS) or Jira
  • Writing and executing basic SQL queries
• Able to independently develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures.
• BS / MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical discipline
• Candidates should have strong: multitasking, troubleshooting, communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Preferred but not required:

• Experience working with Marketer Studio
• Experience working with Workfront
• Experience in building automation for email testing
• Experience in testing mainframe/AS400 applications is a plus.
• Testing Web services
• Testing Web front end or UI.
